A: 1. Does BePreparedSupply.com ship outside of the US? - Absolutely. However, due to uncertain shipping charges, you'll need to contact us directly to place your order. For complete details on shipping and handling charges click here.
A: 2. Does BePreparedSupply.com ship to a PO Box? - Unfortunately, because we ship with UPS, we do not normally ship to a post office box. However, if you would like to place an order and require shipping to a post office box, please contact us at service@bepreparedsupply.com and we can discuss alternative arrangements.
A: 3. What's the best way to contact BePreparedSupply.com? - The best way to contact us is to email us at service@bepreparedsupply.com or fax us, toll-free, at 866-400-8579.   We will reply promptly to each and every request.
A: 4. Does the POTOMAC Emergency Escape Mask fit everyone? - The POTOMAC Emergency Escape Mask is suitable for most faces. It is estimated that 80% of the population and over 97% of adults have facial dimensions consistent with the POTOMAC mask. Generally, the mask fits children who are 10 years and older.

A: 6. I tried to place an order. It seemed to be accepted, but was then aborted. What's going on? Was my credit card charged? - 99.9% of the time, this occurs due to an issue when entering your credit card information. The credit card billing address MUST match the billing address on your card. Pay particular attention to the zip/postal code. Note - the shipping to address and the billing address need not be the same.  If you continue to experience difficulties, please contact us at service@bepreparedsupply.com.
A: 7. Why can't I get my credit card to be accepted? - The #1 difficulty people encounter with processing their credit card is in entering the billing address. The billing address MUST match the billing address attached to the credit card. That is, where is the credit card statement mailed? THIS is the address that must be entered. Pay particular attention the the zip/postal code. Note - the shipping address and the billing address need not be the same.
A: 8. How long until I receive my order? - All orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped within 1 business day. The actual shipping itself, typically takes between 2 - 5 business days, within the United States. If the items ordered are not currently in stock, we will attempt to obtain them for you as quickly as we possibly can.
A: 9. What if I want to return something? - If you are less than 100% satisfied with your order, or any part of your order, simply package up the goods and mail them back to us. You can send them to our main distribution center in California. Please contact us to get full shipping instructions. We will ensure your credit card is refunded immediately.  You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
A: 10. Can I track my order? - ABSOLUTELY! You can track all aspects of your order. When you place your order, you will receive an 18-digit order confirmation number. Simply enter this number into the "Order Tracking" area at www.bepreparedsupply.com. Here you will receive up-to-date information about your order. You will be informed when your credit card has been authorized, when your order has been processed, and when shipment has occurred. You can link directly from our site to the UPS tracking website in order to track the shipment of your order further. If your order is delayed for any reason, you will be kept informed of that as well.
A: 11. Will my order come all at once? - Not necessarily. It is our goal to get your items shipped to you as quickly as possible. Therefore, if some of your items are available to be shipped before others, they will be send out separately. However, this will be clearly marked on your packing slip.
A: 12. I received part of my order. Where's the rest? - Don't worry! The rest will be shipped to you shortly. It is our goal to get your items shipped to you as quickly as possible. Therefore, if some of your items are available to be shipped before others, they will be send out separately.
