USPS Express Mail Delivery Available(1 to 2 day guaranteed delivery)
within continental United States and Canada.
$19.50 plus $1.00 for each additional item.
We recommend you call or email us for this option to make sure the item is available for immediate shipment.

Items ordered from the KC Knitting & Design online storefront will be shipped via USPS First Class or Priority mail with Delivery Confirmation.

Please be aware that from time to time the website program does not add the proper shipping amount but if this happens we will make the adjustment to your credit card to reflect the proper shipping and handling amount.  

Most items will ship within 10 days. In the event of a delay, we will strive to keep you updated on the status of your order. We will be happy to ship orders outside the United States but please understand that you , the customer are responsible  for all appropriate taxes and / or customs fees that may be assessed.

Expedited shipping is also available via USPS Express Mail which offers 1 to 2 day delivery within the continental United States depending on the delivery address. You may wish to email or call us for more information on exactly when an order can ship to determine if Express Mail is the correct choice for you. 

All items sold through the KC Knitting & Design online storefront are priced in US Dollars. You may order products from this storefront through our secure online server using your credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, PayPal, Money orders or checks. You do not need to have a PayPal account to make a payment with PayPal.  If you decide to pay by check the order will not be shipped until the check clears. You will need to fill in the information on the order form, then print it out and send it with the check to:

Applicable state sales tax will be charged on all items delivered to South Dakota addresses. There will also be a place on the order form which you can select to apply appropriate municipal tax for items shipped to addresses within the city limits of various towns in South Dakota. KC Knitting & Design is not responsible for any additional charges or taxes that apply to items shipped to other states.

Returns:

It is our desire to provide superior customer service to our customers and we ask you to please contact us within 72 hours after receipt of the item if you have a problem with any item which you receive from KC Knitting & Design through the website so that we can come to an agreement as to the best way to handle the problem. If the complaint is made more than 72 hours after receipt of the item the returnability of the item will be at the discretion of KC Knitting & Design. Please note that personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable except in the case where a misspelling or  misprinting has occurred.

If you choose to return an item, a restocking fee of 30% may apply. Please make sure you accompany any return with a Return Authorization (RA) number which can be obtained by contacting us by email at kcknittinganddesign@msn.com or by telephone at 605-203-0161. Returns without an RA number are subject to refusal or restocking fees at our discretion. The liability of KC Knitting & Design is limited to full refund of the purchase price. You, the customer, will be responsible for all initial and return shipping charges unless otherwise agreed.

Returned Checks and Chargebacks:

Returned checks and Chargebacks will result in additional fees as applicable. Chargebacks will result in an additional charge of $15.00 per incident. Returned Checks will result in an additional fee of $30.00 per incident. Additional fees may apply related to the collection of the debt by the debt collection agency.
