Richard Zikmundovsky, Storesonline MerchantBorn in South Africa and now an Australian resident, Richard Zikmundovsky, recognizes the Internet as his avenue for reaching customers. So when he read in the local newspaper about an Internet marketing strategy seminar, he decided he would go and learn a few things.

Living and working within Australia's borders did not create a problem when Richard needed help building his Web site. "With any business, you do have to put in the effort," Richard says. "You do have to do a lot of planning, and like with any business, you get out of it what you put in."
