This medallion depicts him returning home after a long hunt at sunset. As Native Americans have experienced many difficult times in their history, the image of the weary warrior mounted on his horse has become a famous one. The detail is clear and sharply done in size 11 seedbeads in Brick Stitch. The four-strand braided neckband is done in natural hide as is the reverse side of the medallion.
