This Native American medallion is done as a medicine wheel. The background colors show the four directions of the earth, overlayed by a blue cross symbol representing the star. The background colors also represent the colors of a happy life, black is Harmony, white is Sharing, red is Faith, yellow is Love, and all are overlayed with the blue cross of wisdom or intuition. The braided neckband is trimmed in Peyote stitch of matching colors.
