During a Secure SSL session, data passed back and forth between your computer and our server is secured by using public key cryptography. Your computer exchanges key information with your Leather Luggage Source computers to create a private conversation that only your computer and our system can understand. All credit card transactions have added security because they are broken into two (2) parts, scrambled, then sent through 2 different secure databases.

At this time the only payments we accept are major credit cards. Please note that we are 100% secure when ordering.

How much is shipping and by what method is merchandise shipped?
Shipping is based on both destination and total package weight so it is nearly impossible to calculate exact shipping before knowing what you would like to order and where it is being shipped. To see shipping charges you may add merchandise to your shopping cart from our website, type in an address (your own will work) and see the charges. You will not need to submit your order to view the shipping charges of various carriers.

How long does shipping take?
We usually ship orders within 2 business days. UPS Ground is the most common method of shipping and is also usually the cheapest on orders over $25.00. Transit times can range from 1-5 business days depending on your location.

Are any of your products defective or irregulars?
Absolutely not, our prices are low because we order in large quantities and not because we sell defective merchandise. Every item we sell is new and comes with a manufacturers warranty against defects.

Does Leather Luggage Source.com accept international orders?
No, Unfortunately we only ship to Canada and the United States. You can contact us at customerservice@leatherluggagesource.com for any special requests. We will see what we can do for you.
Please be aware that orders mailed outside the USA may require duties and customs clearing fees not associated with the purchase price or shipping charges. These additional funds depend on your countries duties/customs laws and regulations. The receiver of the goods will be responsible for paying any such fees.

Is there a minimum order?
No, you may order as little or as much as you like both in quantity and dollar amount. Shipping is high on small dollar orders but hey, the post office and UPS make those rules.

How can I obtain warranty information without purchasing that item?
If you need warranty information on a particular product please email customerservice@leatherluggagesource.com. Because we deal with many different suppliers and manufactures we cannot supply the information ourselves but we will put you in contact with someone who can.
