Cancellation Policy
Please understand that cancellation fees may apply for any orders that are cancelled or revised after they have been placed.
Return Policy
Our manufacture guarantees the quality of workmanship and materials in every doghouse kit for a period of 1 (One) year from the receipt of goods. If there is a quality related problem, all returns must be reported within 3 days after receipt of product.
Note: Our shipping companies are responsible for shipping damage only if noted by the customer upon receipt of the product.
If the customer returns a doghouse due to wrong size or cancellation after it has been shipped, the customer is responsible for return freight costs.
Please note that any doghouse kit (Large, X-Large and Mastiff models) that are delivered by commercial carrier cannot be returned. Any product returned to for any reason other than quality is subject to a 20% handling charge and items must be returned in new, unused, and resalable condition inside its original packaging. Additional fees may apply if not returned in original packaging. Returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued.
