Manufacturing Time

Our custom wood doghouse kits have a normal lead-time of approximately 10 working days. During the months between September and January, lead times may increase to three weeks. We make every effort to get products shipped as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that all of our doghouse kits are custom built and lead times may vary.

We ship our smaller doghouses, DHL or FEDEX; these include custom doghouse sizes small, medium, and large. 
 We ship our large products through MME, Inc. (Midwest Motor Express).
The trucks pick up our shipments everyday at 5pm Central Standard Time.
Our typical shipping time is 1-5 business days for delivery throughout the continental U.S. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or outside the contiguous 48 states of America, require an additional shipping quote.

We palletize and band our shipments to ensure proper handling. Our shipping company requires delivery access via semi-tractor trailer. MME works with partner carriers and in some cases freight may change to various partner companies.
MME or the partner carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment and will require a release signature for all shipments.

Once the shipment arrives, the delivery driver will cut the bands on the pallet and unload the individual boxes from the truck.
In the event of damaged freight, manufacture will handle all damage waiver claims.
