We make every effort to get products shipped as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that all of our doghouses are custom built and lead times may vary.
We ship our smaller doghouses, DHL or FEDEX; these include custom doghouse sizes small, medium, and large.
Our typical shipping time is 1-5 business days for delivery throughout the continental U.S.
We ship our large products through MME, Inc. (Midwest Motor Express).
The trucks pick up our shipments everyday at 5pm Central Standard Time.
Our shipping company requires delivery access via semi-tractor trailer. MME works with partner carriers and in some cases freight may change to various partner companies.
MME or the partner carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment and will require a release signature for all shipments.
