Our products have a limited 30 day refund policy, products that are opened and used cannot be returned or refunded.  If a product arrives damaged,  please contact us immediately or within 3 business days, so your claim can be processed. When we receive you claim number we will provide a replacement product. We can be reached at info@SunshineSolarproducts.com or by calling 954-252-0223.  Any Products that need to be returned because of damage, should be shipped back UPS GROUND, you will be notified as to where the broken product should be shipped back.

Solar Animals, Solar Gnomes, and Solar Lighthouses have a 30 day refund policy. However, we must be notified within 3 days if the product arrives broken or is not working upon arrival.   Money will not be refunded because of misuse that causes damage to the products. 

Solar Accent Lights and rechargable products,  have a 1 year manufacturer warranty.  Products will not be replaced or refunded for misuse.  If the product arrives in good condition and you simply wish to return it, there is a 20% restocking fee + shipping. 1 year manufacture warranty only applies on solar accent lights and rechargable products.

* If we are unable to replace your products, due to shipping damage or out of inventory issues, we will fully refund your money.

My personal solar lights and accessories have been in my yard for 2.5 year and so far I have only had to replace the recharable batteries in one.  These are products you will be proud to have for you home.  

Shipping is never refundable.
