• The Longspan shelving and racking design offers an upright width of 47mm with a central tapered slot which offers a strong friction connection for the longspan shelving whilst being easier to install the longspan racking beam levels.
• The Longspan shelving and racking beams are formed as an 87mm 'Z' profile section with a 3 fingered claw that allows the Longspan shelving to be adjusted on a pitch of 50.8mm (2").
• The Longspan shelving and racking beams are then fitted with deck supports* on all Longspan shelving and racking bays 610mm and deeper.
• The tie also locates into the Longspan shelving and racking beam eliminating any beam rotation.
• Each Longspan shelving and racking level is then fitted with 18mm thick high density chipboard shelving panels.
• The heavy duty 'Z' beams of the Longspan shelving and racking will support over 1000 kgs UDL.
• Longspan shelving and racking is available in the following sizes -
  • 5 different longspan racking heights, 1830mm, 2135mm, 2440mm, 3050mm and 3660mm.
  • 5 different longspan shelving widths, 1220mm, 1525mm, 1830mm, 2135mm and 2440mm.
  • 5 different longspan shelving depths, 457mm, 610mm, 762mm, 915mm and 1220mm.
    • Longspan shelving beam levels - including chipboard decking, deck supports* and safety pins.
    • * The 457mm deep longspan shelving and racking has no deck supports, all other sizes have three supports per level.
