Q. How secure is shopping online with you?
A. Our site processes all sensitive financial data keyed into a browser via a "secure socket layer" or SSL, with 128bit encryption, which is the highest industry standard for encrypting transmitted data. Your financial information is stored behind a second firewall on a separate server dedicated solely to that purpose. Once through the firewall, the data is further protected by security protocols requiring a Login ID and Password to access. Security is a top priority with us and we will do our utmost to ensure the security and privacy of your data.
Q. Do I have to pay shipping?
A. We do charge shipping for orders under $40. domestically (Canada-$50.) or for non-standard shipping (i.e. express), or for international shipments. Our rates are calculated by the USPS system, so for prices to destinations please refer to the USPS rate sheet. Product weights are available upon request if calculating postage for yourself.

Q. What about shipping to APO/FPO addresses?
A. Yes, we do ship to APO/FPO addresses. However, due to restrictions at those postal facilities, we can not offer Express shipping to these locations or package tracking. Please allow 1-6 weeks for delivery.

Q. How soon will I receive my order?
A. Processing time for in-stock items is usually 1 business day. Standard delivery is averaging 3-5 business days; priority shipping is 2-3 days, and express delivery is 1-2 business days. Delivery times do not include processing time. If the item is not in stock, you will receive an email to inform you.

Q. How will my order ship?
A. Service provider is the USPS. When your order ships, you will receive an email that includes a USPS tracking number if applicable. For more information about shipping, please check the USPS web site.

Q. What if I want to return an item?
A. Refunds are made under certain circumstances within 30 days of purchase, and may be subject to a restocking fee. Please do not return product you have mostly used.
You must email customerservice@organicbestchoices.com and request a return authorization. Without an RA, your return will not get processed. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We are always happy to exchange product. Please be aware that you will be responsible for return shipping charges. Also, please understand that there are no refunds on AQUA SILK as the product is very expensive to produce, is safe and works for everyone, and does not travel well, so cannot be reshipped / returned.
ORDERING BY PHONE is easy. Simply call 619 397-5403 and give us the order details. It helps to write out a checklist of the info you will need to give and the products you want.

You will need to provide: name as it appears on card, card number and expiration date, cvs number, card billing address, phone number, e-mail address, and the list of items and quantities of each that you are ordering. You must own the credit card and the card billing shipping address must MATCH filed copy.
ORDERING BY MAILING in a money order, personal/business/cashier's check or cash along with our printable order form is also an option. If you are paying by check, please be aware that we must wait for the check to clear.
Please make checks and money orders payable to "Best Choices" If you really must send cash, it is best sent by registered mail.
We do not do C.O.D. orders of any sort.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. If you are ordering from another country (not the United States), you can pay by credit card or you also can choose to mail your order to us with an International Money Order drawn in United States Dollars (payable to "Best Choices"). If you are using a credit card, you MUST own the card and we must ship to you at the card's billing address, or to your name at your preauthorized alternate address. WE WILL NOT SHIP TO ANY NAME OTHER THAN THE NAME ON THE CREDIT CARD; PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT ORDERS WITH BILLING AND SHIPPING INFO THAT DOES NOT MATCH.
You also can choose to pay by bank draft or bank wire. Please ask us for details on this payment option.
