Shipping Rates and Policies
With such a large ammount of products in our stock range, delivery times are going to vary from product to product, so if you need to know an exact delivery time for a particular product, just drop us a quick email before ordering and we'll be able to advise you on a time. However, we keep the majority of items in stock, which means we are able to ship your order the following day. Delivery time for stock items is generally 3-7 working days within australia, please allow up to 14-20 days for overseas customers, assuming we have what you require. It is even possible to dispatch stock items ordered before 12pm on the same day as your order, if your order is urgent.
Due to the huge product range that we stock, it is necessary for us to stock some items at our overseas suppliers. We should stress that the majority of our items are in stock and it is only for the more obscure items and at times of temporary stock shortages, that this will be required. If your order is urgent, check with us first and we'll confirm stock availability. As a guide, for non-stock items, we advise that we will need to get them from our overseas suppliers so please allow from 14-21 days to recieve them in stock.
