Q. What payment options do you accept for online purchases? A. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and the PayPal card. Q. Is my ordering secure when using my credit card? A. Yes, we have a completely secure merchant account system that automatically checks your credit card number and deposits the money into our bank account without anyone ever seeing your credit card number or information. So it's completely secure. Q.How will my package(s) be shipped? A. The majority of orders will be shipped via USPS, UPS Ground, UPS Next day air, UPS 2nd Day air from Dania Beach and Sunrise, Florida, Vista, California, Chicago, Illinois and New York City, NY,USA. Electronics are shipped from Spring Lake Heights, New Jersey. Q. When will my order be shipped? A. All orders are shipped from the manufacturer's warehouse within two or three business days. Selection of USPS, UPS ground, or UPS 2nd Day Air will prioritize your order. Most orders are shipped on the same business day if received by 12 noon EST. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. If you live in the State of Florida we are required by law to charge the 8.5% sales tax on all orders shipped within Florida. No sales tax will be charged outside of the State of Florida. Myfishgear.com will send you an e-mail if you have selected USPS or UPS as your shipping option, a delivery confirmation number will be provided. Note that it is not a tracking number, rather it's used by UPS to confirm the package delivery at the destination address. UPS 2nd Day Air will be used for delivery service to our customers in Hawaii and Alaska, unless you check off UPS Ground or USPS in which case the cost could be slightly lower but arrival is 4 to 6 days. Please contact our customer service department for a shipping quote from South Florida, USA to your international destination. (Please see International Shipping at the top of our home page) Q. How can I be sure that I am purchasing top quality products? A. Myfishgear sells only top quality products from world-wide recognized manufacturers with explicable credentials and warranties. Q. How do I return an item or exchange it? A. Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your item must be returned within 30 Days of purchase. 1. Please email sales@myfishgear.com to request a refund and obtain a return authorization number. 2. Since items are shipped from different locations please locate the shipping address from where the package was sent and return the item to that address. 3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for the return and the original receipt. 4. Please check our shipping and return requirements under the heading Shipping for more information. Q. Can I receive a discount for a large volumn order? A.Yes you can. Please contact us for a quote for large quantity orders. You can email us for a quote at sales@myfishgear.com. Generally we offer a 10% discount on orders over $1000 dollars. |
