Please make sure your product is thoroughly clean before sending & include a reply paid postage pack for them  to return it to you. 

We'll do the very best we can to make your product usable again but cannot repair what is beyond repair, please contact us if you would like some assistance in determining whether your product is repairable.

Replacement parts, if required, will be charged at a minimal cost.
