If your dog is incontinent, a suggestion is to purchase a waterproof mat and a cover. This way, as the dog wets, the cover can be removed and washed, keeping the pet fresh. Please keep in mind, that the liquid will bead on the mat, hence the dog will be laying in his or her own liquid. A RRRUFF! cover will look great, but also serve to absorb the urine.
