How will my goods be sent?

We deliver Australia Wide using either a Star Track Express or Australia Post. Because of this, items cannot be sent to a PO Box. If the item's are sent by Star Track Express and  you are not at home the courier company will leave the goods at your front door without a signiture.

Delivery time will be dependant on your post code, an email will be sent to you advising when the goods have been dispatched. We endeavor to have all goods in stock dispatched within 2-4 working days. Please be aware that we don't always have stock in store and some of the beds may need to be made. If this is the case delivery time would be a little longer. 

Freight Costs:

Our delivery prices are determined by product weight to ensure that you are not paying too much for the delivery of your parcel. As we send goods by courier and Australia Post the cost of freight will vary depending on the cubic weight of your purchase, and your post code. 

All weights listed on this website are based on cubic Kilograms.
