The LED Street light dimensions are 55cm x 25cm x 25cm, and weighs 9 Kg (20 lb), This LED streetlight is suitable for lighting a driveway or lane and uses only 18 watts of power. A 60 – 80 watt Solar (photovoltaic) panel and 40 amp hour battery are usually mounted on the same pole. Solar panel and batteries are not included. This 24V DC LED street light uses very efficient Cree LEDs, over 100 lumens per watt, so this LED street light gives up to 5300 lumens. It is amazing how much light this LED street light gives for only 50 watts!!. At a height of 25 feet (8m) the light coverage on the ground is 70 ft (25m) X 30 ft (10m), and the LED street light will allow most people to easily read a newspaper in this area. This PWM (pulse width modulation) controller regulates the current (10amps max) from the solar panel to charge the battery and turns the streetlight On at dusk (max 10 amps) & Off at your chosen time. The controller has light ON choices from dusk to dawn or dusk plus 1 hour, dusk plus 2 hours etc. to dusk plus 12 hours.

This is a 12 volt combination solar charge controller (15 amp) and LED light ON/OFF control (15 amp). The solar battery charging uses pulse width modulation (PWM) to charge a battery from a solar panel (up to 250 watt solar panel). The LED light control turns ON up to 160 watts of LED lights at dusk and then dims the LED lights 30% after 4 hours, and dims the LED lights another 30% after another 2 hours, then turns the LED lights off at dawn. The controller can be programed to turn the LED lights to full power 2 hours before dawn, as many times full light is required early in the morning. ON/OFF times can be programed for sooner or later. Program options are easily made with dip switches.
