Shipping costs reflect our actual costs.  We do not charge for handling and packaging.  You have the option to have your order shipped by ground (includes by sea where necessary) or by Express post which is by air but not as fast or expensive as courier air service. All shipments are made by Canada Post.  

We do not suggest shipping Compact Fluorescent lights outside of North America as they are too fragile. We have been packing and shipping lighting products for many years and we have had almost zero breakage problems and we endeavour to keep it that way. All orders are insured for lost shipments and for total destruction should it occur during the shipping process.
