Q. How do we pay for our order?

A.  We take checks , credit and debit card payments through paypal. We also take money orders and personal checks. We ask that if you pay by personal check be aware that we will not ship your order until your personal check clears. Please refer to our Refund/shipping and Payments page for instrutions on how to pay by check or money order through the mail.

Q. Do you take credit card payments through  the mail?

A. Not at this time. We only take them through Paypal at this time

Q.How long before I receive my order?

A. It takes 3 days to process your order and we ask that you allow 3 to 6 weeks  for delivery.However if you pay by personal check through the mail please allow 8 weeks for delivery

Q. What happens if my order is damaged during shipping?

We will refund your money except for shipping.The  only thing we ask is  that you return the product?

Q. If I return something to you who pays shipping?

A. Customer pays return shipping on all orders.

Q. What happens if my order does not come in after 6 weeks?

A. Call us and we will do our best to help you find out what went wrong.

Q. How can I tell  the size of the product I am ordering?

A. On each description of your product at the bottom you will find the size  in inches. Please look closely at those measurements so that you will know the size of your product. Pictures can be deceiving so please look at those measurements.
