Sometimes a studio can have too much glass for their space... that is where we are today.  Prior to driving all over Michigan to find the glass you need, check our supply.  We may very well have that special glass to fill your needs.  Our selection includes a lot of glass from manufacturers like Youghiogheny, Bullseye, and Uroboros.  I carry specialty glass you may not find elsewhere - one of a kind pieces.  And, of course, I always have a lot of clear textured glass as shown in this section of a stained glass panel designed by P.C. Bacon and fabricated by Pat Deere.  Some restrictions apply - but most of my glass falls into the 40% off category.

The glass I list on my web site includes my specialty glass and bevels.
Lenawee Medical Facility Window Installation

When I was asked by my customer to help her create a window in honor of her husband, Richard Bailey, who recently passed away, I was honored.  Bev Bailey created the sketch I began my design with and together we worked on it until it was agreeable to both of us. This is one section of the four panel window.  I used mostly Youghiogheny stipple glass for the background to maximize the beauty of the window regardless of what kind of light the room currently had.  More information can be found by reading the Bailey Article www.PicturesInGlass.net .  Is your church or business in need of a window update?

ProtectiveGlass
This installation did nor require protective glass. If your building committee is considering such an installation, you may be interested in reading about protective glass from a reputable manufacturer .  Feel free to call us with any questions you may have.

Pat Deere offers private lesson stained glass classes to customers who would like individualized attention on a date and time that works best for the student.  She recently offered two dates of FREE instruction as well.  To be put on the volunteer list for free classes, email us with a "Volunteer" request and we will notify you when those opportunities are offered.  For more information on all of our classes, click on this CLASS link.  I also try to update my blog with scheduled and free class opportunities.

What is there to do in Lenawee County and the surrounding area?  Are you kidding me?

Art-A-Licious during September in Adrian is my favorite event to do.  This year was no exception.  Great artists showing their work, creating art on the spot, sharing their talents with children and adults who would like to learn more about it.  It was a wonderful collection of artists, art enthusiasts, and energy right in our own community.  You really don't want to miss it next year.  And while there, visit the LCVA Gallery that many of these artists are a part of.

Clinton Fall Festival - This week-end: September 18, 19, 20.  I will be in the lost and fine arts area. For times and schedule of events click on the link above.  I will be displaying and demonstrating here on the museum grounds, by the west fence.

Appleumpkin Festival - Tecumseh:  October 9, 10, 11.  Look for me downtown Tecumseh - not sure exactly where I'll be yet.
