About Us
Phoenix Learning Systems was founded in 2003 by Bart Davis and Richard James. After years of employment in the Student Information Systems field, they had identified a need to bring higher quality, cost effective solutions to small and medium-sized school districts as well as private schools.
To accomplish this task, we consult and build custom applications to fit the unique needs of school districts. Our experience and knowledge in school data collection, education-oriented technology, master schedule building, and reporting needs allows us to custom fit best-practices and software solutions to assists schools and districts get the most of their systems.
