We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays.

Items with FREE SHIPPING going to the 48 mainland states ship UPS or DHL ground. Shipments to ALASKA or HAWAII will incur additional shipping fees.

Orders ship via UPS ground or US Postal Service Priority mail - overnight, 2 Day and express shipping methods are also available. Please call 1-866-994-4747 or email for rates. Multiple item orders may ship in separate packages.

Orders under 2lbs may ship via US Postal mail due to small size. There is No Free Shipping on orders to Canada, Alaska or Hawaii even if the item states "free shipping" as stated above. While we keep a large inventory of products at our site, some of our products like the Snoozer Lookout brand car seat and some Pet Products will be shipped to you direct from the manufacturer. In some instances, you may receive 1 shipment from our site and the other from our manufacturer.

Most stock items are shipped within 48-72 hrs after payment is received. We ship from multiple warehouses throughout the country. Incorrect or undeliverable addresses and refused shipments (resulting in an item being returned to shipper) will result in a shipping fee charge to the customer.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We understand that there are occasions when a return or exchange may be necessary. Please measure & choose wisely when ordering to avoid the extra return charges. If you are not completely delighted with your purchase please follow the guidelines below:

Exchanges - Ordered the wrong size or color? Simply place an order online for the correct item (s) and return the item (s) that you don't want in their original condition (Email for return instructions & address). We'll credit your card for the returned items per our return policy.

Refused Orders - Should you decide that you wish to refuse receipt of an item when delivered by UPS, DHL,FEDEX,USPS or common carrier, credit will be issued for the item less shipping charges and less a 10% re-stocking fee. Your credit will be issued once the item has been returned & inspected by us.

Returns must be made within 25 days of receipt of your merchandise. Only merchandise that is unused - no dog hairs on item, and in original condition, box and packaging may be returned. Returns with Pet hair that are deemed acceptable will have a 20% deduction from refund. Credit will not be issued for return of used merchandise. Custom orders, toys and treats are not returnable

Your shipping and handling fees are not refundable . Dog car seats, Pet Bicycle Baskets, Dog Carriers, Pet Wheel-Around's, Pet Trailers, Dog Beds, Cargo Liners & Pet Nets, Ramps,Pool Alarms,Custom Made Seat Covers, Pet Stairs & Boat Ladder returns will have a 15% Re-Stocking deduction. Other shipping deductions may apply.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend insuring the product for the full product value. Customer must must provide tracking with proof of delivery, USPS offers a delivery confirmation option, UPS/FEDEX will automatically give you a tracking number. Hunter k9 Gear is not responsible for lost or undelivered products.

PET BEDS & BLANKET returns - Health regulations do not allow the exchange or return of these products. BOWSER BRAND DOG BEDS ARE NOT RETURNABLE

If you are returning an item that has Free shipping , your credit will be the price paid for the product less the shipping costs we incurred to ship the product to you & any applicable re-stocking fees (see above)
For returns of an item that may be damaged due to a factory defect (these are very uncommon), we will ship a replacement after receipt of your damaged item at no additional cost to you.

If you would like to return an item - please let us know via email. We will send you a reply with return instructions. Please do not return merchandise without first contacting us first or you will be subject to a 20% deduction. We do not accept returns after 25 days.
