We will no longer ship to a different address than the billing address, unless prior approval has been given by our company, before the order is placed. This is to reduce fraud.

The SHIP TO address and BILL TO address MUST BE the SAME , unless you have called 866-698-2678 or e-mailed us before ordering and received your approval . 

You must have a valid reason why you want 2 different addresses on your order and some verification that the shipping address is connected to the person whose credit card the order is being charged to.

PLEASE READ, IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTION WHILE ORDERING

There are 3 pages to the order process.   1-Shipping Info, and Payment Info, 2-Review page and 3-Receipt page

Always click the "NEXT BUTTON" on the bottom of each page of the order form, to move yourself to the next page. Clicking the Checkout Button will always take you back to the shipping page  (Do NOT Click Checkout after you are on the order form to move to the next page, always click the NEXT BUTTON)

On the Shipping and Payment Page after filling out your Shipping Address, chose the Correct shipping method for you, UPS is the default method In the Payment Section, please fill out the CORRECT Billing Address and card information. If the shipping and billing addresses are different,please 866-698-2678 call for approval if they are the same you can tick the little box above the address and  then fill in your card info including the 3 digit CVV code from the back of your card (please make sure that the address you put on as the billing address is the one your bank has for the card you are going to use)When finished the shipping and billing information then click the “NEXT BUTTON"  to move to the Review Page,

  On the Review Page please make sure all your information is Correct then, click the "SUBMIT BUTTON"  (ONE TIME ONLY) to send the card payment for processing,

  When your payment is processed successfully, you will get a Receipt Page, please Print that page as there will be no receipt arriving with your purchase. Then click the "DONE BUTTON, so we will be notified of your order for shipment.

  YOU MUST CLICK THE DONE BUTTON ON THE RECEIPT PAGE FOR ANY ORDER TO BE COMPLETED and you to get your purchase receipt by email.

If using INTERNET EXPLORER as your Browser, moving from page to page on the checkout process will be slower. After you hit Submit you could get a blank white screen for a short time, could be up to 30 sec. Please be patient it will move to the Receipt page. If you are having alot of problems clear your cashe and cookies and start the order again.  When moving between pages of the order form you also may see a gray security dialog boxthis is form your computer, if so, click either yes or no, to proceed to the next page.

  Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox are MUCH faster browsers with less hassles.

 2. CONFIRMATION OF ORDER

You will receive an email with your purchase RECEIPT from sales @ k9electricdogfence. com (no space) . Please keep this receipt for warranty purposes, as there will be no receipt in your package. If the product is shipped by UPS, you will receive an email with your SHIPPING & TRACKING information, from bc @ k9electricdogfence.com (no space) . If the Product is shipped by USPS (at our discretion) you might not receive a shipping email. Call us for your tracking numbers.  Please make sure that these 2 email addresses are added to your email safe contact list for the email address you put on this order, to ensure that these messages get to you.

3. TO CORRECT OR CHANGE THE INFORMATION ON YOUR ORDER

If you want TO CHANGE ANYTHING in your order such as products, addresses or card info,Then click the VIEW CART button, on the right side margin of the page to go back to your  Shopping Cart make any product adjustments there.Click the CHECKOUT Button to go back to the Shipping Page  and billing page to make any address or shipping changes.Then click NEXT button to go to the Review page to Verify everything. Then hit SUBMIT (ONE TIME ONLY) to process your order.PRINT your Receipt -Then Click DONE

 4. THE REASONS FOR AN ERROR MESSAGE DURING THE ORDERING PROCESS

Error messages usually appear at the top of your order form and they are coming from the credit card processor or your bank. They usually show up after you have pushed the Submit button. If you get an error message DO NOT press Submit again until you have made an attempt to resolve the problem.

Please read the information below for a solution to the problem and what the messages means. If none of these solutions work for you, PLEASE GIVE US A CALL AT 1-866-698-2678 to resolve the issue and help you complete your order. 

The most common error messages are:

SECURITY CODE DOES NOT MATCH this means that the 5 digit captcha code at the bottom of the order form either was not typed in correctly or it timed out if you were on the order form for a long time. To resolve this  just type in the new code given at the bottom of the order and click Next  

ERROR # 212
Authorization was successful but the transaction was aborted due to AVS Failure. This message is coming from your bank. It will mean either of two things:
A. The address that you put in the Billing address is NOT CORRECT. It does not match the address that your bank has on file, for the card you are using for this order. PLEASE RECHECK the Billing address to make sure it is correct BEFORE resubmitting. Examples might be maybe you have moved recently and the bank has your old address on file for that card? Or you are using a corporate card with you home address? The street number and the zip code must match what the bank currently has on file.

B. The 3 digit code from the back of your card (after the last four digits of the card number) that you put in for the CVV number on the billing information page is NOT CORRECT. Please recheck and correct the CVV number before resubmitting your order? If it is blurry or not clear on your card, please use another card. The transaction will not complete without a correct CVV number. The best way to resolve this error is to go back and make sure the billing address and CVV number are correct and match the banks record

ERROR # 56
 Invalid amount. This message is coming from the credit card processor There is an invalid amount format. Which means that there is nothing in your cart, Zero dollar value in the shipping cart or no value for the product.  The best way to resolve this is to please go back to your shopping cart and make sure there is a product in the cart with a dollar value. With some of the products you are required to put the quantity of 1 or more in to get a dollar value.

ERROR # 91
Invalid Payment Information  means The credit card number or expiry date or card type have been entered incorrectlyThe best way to resolve this Error is to please check and correct your credit card number, expiry date or card type MC or Visa information again and retry the order

ERROR # 221 
Authorization failed  This could be for several reasons. This message is coming from your bank. Bank suggests you try the transaction again did not complete due to a timeout error. If still not work contact your bank or credit card company .No CVV number was provided. Please provide the correct CVV Number. Lost or stolen card or invalid card or expired card.Email address or billing address on order form not match banks records. The best way to resolve this error is to use a different card for the order.

ERROR # 34 
Authorization Refused. This message is coming from your bank. It could be several reasons. You need to contact your bank. Do not proceed using this card for this transaction. You will need to use a different card, If it is insufficient funds then your credit card has insufficient funds or  the Bank has a policy regarding internet transactions for this card orThe email address used in the transaction billing address, the bank has on record for fraudulent transactions.  The best way to resolve this is to contact your bank or use a different card.

The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard ( PCI DSS) is a worldwide information security standard assembled by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council (PCI SSC). The standard was created to help organizations that process card payments PREVENT credit card fraud or identity theft through increased controls around data and its exposure to compromise. The standard applies to all organizations which hold, process, or pass cardholder information from any card branded with the logo of one of the card brands.

Validation of compliance can be performed either internally or externally, depending on the volume of card transactions the organization is handling, but regardless of the size of the organization, compliance must be assessed annually. Organizations handling large volumes of transactions must have their compliance assessed by an independent assessor known as a Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) such as SECURITYMETRICS, while companies handling smaller volumes have the option of self-certification via a Self-Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ). In some regions these SAQs still require signoff by a QSA for submission.

Enforcement of compliance is done by the bodies holding relationships with the in-scope organizations. Thus, for organizations processing Visa or Mastercard transactions, compliance is enforced by the organization's acquirer, while organizations handling American Express transactions will deal directly with American Express for the purposes of compliance. In the case of third party suppliers such as hosting companies who have business relationships with in-scope organizations, enforcement of compliance falls to the in-scope company, as neither the acquirers nor the card brands will have appropriate contractual relationships in place to mandate compliance. Non-compliant companies who maintain a relationship with one or more of the card brands, either directly or through an acquirer risk losing their ability to process credit card payments and being audited and/or fined

Select Your Country in the COUNTRY FIELD . Only if you do not have a Postal code  in your country address, put  N/A in the POSTAL CODE FIELD.

There will be problems with processing the order, if you do not have a valid Bank Verified Billing address for the credit card you use.
