Temporary dog grooming hours will be 9:30am to 4:30pm.  Due to the high volume of phone calls and limited space available in order to maintain the guidelines of COVID-19 social distancing and no groups of 10 people conjugating in one space we will be implementing the following.

NO walk in service, you must have an appointment even for just nail trimming.

We will also be operating full services grooming on a day to day bases since like you, we do not know what tomorrow will bring. 
Requesting grooming services does not guarantee you an appointment date and time, but will place you on a continued waiting list. (We will try to get you in....it just might take awhile).  (Note: Out of 8 groomers only 4 are currently working.)

Due to nature of COVID-19 and the limitations that it places on grooming and the requirements to maintain social distancing and cleaning; we are adjusting our grooming schedules on a daily bases.  Because of this, we will be notifying you of available appointments for your pet between 4pm to 6pm THE DAY BEFORE WE CAN ACCOMMODATE YOU.  Please answer your phone if you see us calling from 562-529-8414, we will not be leaving messages because we only have 2 hours to set up for the next day.  You will have a 15 minutes window to call us back, before we place you back into rotation and call the next person available.

For the protection of all, please do not request grooming if anyone in your household is sick.

When we have an appointment available for you, we will need for you to follow the temporary following procedures.

When you arrive, enter the store, stand in the first isle to your right and wait to be helped. (Yellow paws).
If someone is already waiting there; please wait outside until that person leaves.
Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes prior to your appointment because you will have to wait until the groomer is ready for you.
When the groomer is ready to meet with you for drop off we will instruct you where to go.
Once the groomer has received in your dog, we will call you when he/she is ready.
Temporarily, when your dog is ready, we will need for you to arrive within 15 to 30 minutes to pick up. 
Please enter the store and wait in the third isle to your right and wait to be helped. (Black paws).
If someone is already waiting there, please wait outside until that person leaves.
We will be limited on space and time, and will may not be able to re-wash  your dog if he/she has an accident.
There will be a $20.00 late pick-up charge added to the grooming charges if you do not arrive to pick up your dog within 30 minutes of phone call.
