We will ship your new bowl within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order. In most cases orders placed by 12 p.m. Monday through Friday are shipped the same day. We ship via USPS Priority Mail or via UPS Ground. Our shipping and handling rates are based on the total shipping weight of your bowl (bowl and box combined). Special Note: UK customer will will be charged standard VAT and a clearance FEE by Parcel Force. |

RETURNS:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your bowl, contact us via e-mail immediately so that we can arrange for you to return your bowl and to credit your account. Please return the bowl in the original package in which it was shipped. Upon receiving the bowl, I will refund the original purchase price including the cost of shipping.
Return shipping and insurance costs will be your responsibility.
