Packing Crate

Outer Packing:

Wooden Crate with well metal junction and nails; There will be enough wood chunks as support of the inner products, to prevent shaking.

Inner Packing:

Foam/Blanket to protect each carving part, especially for some of the exquisite parts.

As a courtesy to our customers for the NEW SEASON, We are Providing Crating and Shipping at NO Charge to you.

   5. Floor shipment is to be delivered.


Shipping Costs: = 15% of your order when shipped in the lower 48 states in the USA. PLEASE SEE SHIPPING PROMOTION USA. NO CHARGE DURING POMOTION.

Payment: All orders must be paid in full including applicable tax and shipping cost prior to the shipment leaving our warehouse.

Payment Options:

  • Checks: All checks must clear prior to your shipment leaving our warehouse.
  • To avoid all banking delays re: shipping for personal or business International Checks & personal or business checks from the USA..... we only accept verified cashiers bank checks.
  • Credit Cards: All credit card orders must be shipped to the same billing address on your credit card. And all credit cards must be secured disbursements.

DELIVERY TIME:

Items in Stock: Approximately 10 days to 2 weeks; from receipt of payment of confirmed funds for items in stock.

Items on BACK ORDER: Are paid in 2 payments.

  • Payment no. 1.   50% deposit to begin production.
  • Payment no. 2.   50% Due: upon Final approval, Prior Crating and arrangement for shipping via ocean Freight.

Delivery: Approximately 3 to 4 months; from receipt of deposit and receipt of secured payment of balance paid in full to crate your order prior to shipment leaving our foundry.

CUSTOM ORDERS:  Are paid in 2 payments.
  • Payment no. 1.   50% deposit to begin carving the mold. Approximately 2 to 3 weeks to receive preview pictures.
  • Payment no. 2.   50% Due: upon Final approval, Prior Crating and arrangement for shipping via ocean Freight.

Delivery: Approximately 3 to 4 months; from receipt of deposit and receipt of secured payment of balance paid in full to crate your order prior to shipment leaving our foundry.

Returns: Each sale is final. All custom orders  are non changeable and non refundable. Once a custom sculpture or statue is approved and we have begun the next phase of production we cannot make any additional changes and therefore our company cannot accept a return or refund your payment once your final approval has been made and signed off.

Shipping Terms: HC Marble Sculpture will ensure the piece is in mint condition and crated properly before releasing it to the shipping/transportation company. We ship all items insured for their full value. "The customer MUST INSPECT THE ITEM for concealed damage," and if any damage has occurred, the customer must promptly make an insurance claim with the responsible freight carrier.

HC Marble Sculpture is not responsible for any damage that may have occurred while in transit, as we will have insured the item through the freight carrier.  Any damage that ocurrs during transit is the responsibility of the shipping company and must be addressed with them.
