DELIVERY METHOD & DAYS OF DELIVERY

Upon reciept of your order, DELTECH will normally ship your product order within two business days by MOTOR FREIGHT from the main factory or a factory distribution center. Normal motor freight shipping time will average 2-5 days, depending on the proximity of your shipping destination to the DELTECH factory distribution center.

SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
• ALL shipments are made from the DELTECH factory in new condition.
• DELTECH Air Dryers are shipped BEST WAY to the customer's BUSINESS LOADING DOCK ADDRESS. 
• The customer receiving the DELTECH Air Dryer is responsible for INSPECTING equipment for freight damage prior to unloading. The customer must be aware that he accepts the shipment in the condition for which he signs. The customer must make a notation as to the condition received indicating any exceptions to good condition. If signed clear, the shipment is accepted in good condition and therefore releases the freight company and the shipper of responsibility. 
• IF SHIPPING DAMAGE IS DISCOVERED to the shipment (but no visible damage was noted to the shipping container) the customer should notify the FREIGHT COMPANY IMMEDIATELY so that a Concealed Damage Report may be executed. The shipping container must be saved for inspection by the freight carrier. Concealed damage claims are difficult to obtain when the damaged product/material has been on hand for an extended period. For this reason a thorough inspection should be made at the time of acceptance. 

SPECIAL NOTE: Freight Damage DOES NOT constitute a Warranty Claim from DELTECH Air Dryers. 

• Damages from shipping cannot be covered by the DELTECH Air Dryers factory warranty.
• A Concealed Damage Report must be executed so a claim can be filed with the shipping carrier.
• The customer should advise all receiving personnel to take extra care on inspection of incoming DELTECH® Air Dryer units to avoid receiving concealed damage. 
• The customer receiving the DELTECH Air Dryer is responsible for ALL UNLOADING at their business dock and for providing any personnel and equipment necessary for unloading.  

CUSTOMER ORDERING ERROR:
Incorrect orders by a customer do not constitute any warranty claim. DELTECH Air Dryers and its authorized distributors shall not take responsibility for the cost of and/or shipping costs related to orders placed incorrectly by a customer. 

RETURN/REPLACEMENT POLICY
Should the DELTECH Air Dryer factory make any error in shipping incorrect product, AirDryers.biz will make every effort to work with the factory and customer to correct the shipping error and see that the customer receives what was originally ordered.

Call 1-888-229-9999 should you receive an incorrect order (not something you ordered as the customer). 

Should the customer receive correct product, in good condition, with no shipping damage and determine for whatever reason that within 48 hours (two business days) they desire to return this product, a return request will need to be made in writing to AirDryers.biz and their respective owners, McGuire Air Compressors, Inc.  After the customer has received a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER from AirDryers.biz, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs back to the DELTECH factory and will pay a restocking fee of 20% of the value of the equipment ordered.  After the equipment has been returned and inspected and found to be in proper condition, then a refund will be provided, less the restocking fee.

AirDryers.biz does will not sell or disclose your email or customer information to other companies. For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.  The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual consumer and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes.  If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by sending an e-mail, calling or writing, and telling us that you do not want to receive e-mail from our company.

Deltech Air Dryers are manufactured by SPX

I. Standard Warranty
The manufacturer warrants the product it manufactures, when properly installed, operated, applied, and maintained in accordance with procedures and recommendations outlined in manufacturer’s instruction manuals, will be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period as specified below, provided such defect is discovered and brought to the manufacturer’s attention within the aforesaid warranty period.

The manufacturer will repair or replace any product or part determined to be defective by the manufacturer within the warranty period, provided such defect occurred in normal service and not as a result of misuse, abuse, neglect or accident. Normal maintenance items requiring routine replacement are not warranted. The warranty covers parts and labor for the warranty period unless otherwise specified. Repair or replacement shall be made at the factory or the installation site, at the sole discretion of the manufacturer. Although not required for warranty consideration, it is recommended that the manufacturer be contacted prior to doing any warranty related service work. This action will provide guidance and instruction on the repair often times authorization to perform the work.  NOTE: The manufacturer reserves the right to repair, replace in the case of warranty approval or reject the warranty claim once submitted.

Unauthorized service and use of unauthorized or pirated parts voids the warranty and any resulting charges or subsequent claim will not be paid. Products repaired or replaced under warranty shall be warranted for the unexpired portion of the warranty applying to the original product.

The foregoing is the exclusive remedy of any buyer of the manufacturer’s product. The maximum damages liability of the manufacturer is the original purchase price of the product or part.

THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER WRITTEN, ORAL, OR STATUTORY, AND IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.THE MANUFACTURER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE BY REASON OF STRICT LIABILITY IN TORT OR ITS NEGLIGENCE IN WHATEVER MANNER INCLUDING DESIGN, MANUFACTURE OR INSPECTION OF THE EQUIPMENT OR ITS FAILURE TO DISCOVER, REPORT, REPAIR, OR MODIFY LATENT DEFECTS INHERENT THEREIN.THE MANUFACTURER, HIS REPRESENTATIVE OR DISTRIBUTOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF USE OF THE PRODUCT OR OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL COSTS, EXPENSES, OR DAMAGES INCURRED BY THE BUYER, WHETHER ARISING FROM BREACH OF WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE OR STRICT LIABILITY IN TORT.

Please note that the manufacturer’s warranty for this product is intended to cover manufacturing defects and therefore does not cover consumable components (desiccants, filter elements, soft goods, standard maintenance kit wear items, etc.) or components that require periodic user adjustment (expansion valve, hot gas bypass valve or cooling water regulating valve) or calibration (dew point elements/sensors, gauge calibration, etc.).

Extended Warranty Program
 
REFRIGERATED DRYER MODELS: HGD SERIES, DES SERIES & DFX SERIES ONLY
– 5 YEARS PARTS AND LABOR

The manufacturer warrants the product to be free from defects in material or workmanship for the standard period of 2 years from the date of shipment to the buyer, provided such defect is discovered and brought to the manufacturer’s attention within the aforesaid warranty period.

To qualify for the extended 3-year warranty (total 5 years Parts and Labor) the following information needs to be submitted via the service email address, dryers.amer.warranty@spxflow.com, at the time of the dryer purchase. This information will also need to be submitted in the same manner for each annual maintenance kit in order to extend warranty.
• Product Serial Number
• Purchase Date
• Scanned copy of the invoice of the initial purchase and subsequent invoices showing the purchase of maintenance kit for the following years.
• Purchase Order Number (Unit and/or Maintenance Kit)

NOTE: Any extended warranty documentation that is submitted 60 days after the anniversary date will negate the extended warranty.
To maintain the extended warranty coverage, the buyer is responsible for maintaining the equipment and the purchase of a yearly maintenance kit each consecutive year after startup.

The buyer is responsible for normal preventative maintenance in accordance with the instruction manual using genuine factory parts.

The extended 3-year warranty is limited to the coverage to the following major components:
• Heat Exchanger
• Refrigerant Compressor
• Condenser Core (air or water-cooled models)
• Hot Gas Bypass Valve (adjustments not covered)
• Thermo expansion valve (adjustments not covered)
• Control Board

NOTE: Consumable items normally utilized in the maintenance of dryers are not covered under the extended warranty program.
