Embroidery on bags usually takes 2-3 weeks from when the order is placed until we ship to you. If you would like expedited shipping, please contact us for a shipping quote, otherwise it will ship standard. We use UPS to ship our products nationally.
You may return any item you are dissatisfied with within 30 days of purchase, for a full refund, minus shipping. We would prefer that you come visit us again as a happy customer, knowing that if you're not satisfied with whatever you purchase from us, that you can return it and get your money back. Please contact us for information on returning a product prior to doing so.

Damaged Goods Policy
