What are the benefits of creating an account?

• Quicker Checkout - When you create an account, you will be able to return to the site and place future orders more quickly by logging in.  When you're checking out while logged in, your shopping cart will be pre-populated with all your saved information.  You won’t have to re-enter any information to place an order, just confirm each step of the checkout to complete your order.
• Discounts - Further benefits are discounts, discounts and more discounts!  From time to time we help our valued customers save on total orders by distributing valuable online coupons with codes to be input during the checkout process.
• Wish List - With an account, you can create a wish list of products for future purchase depending upon their continued availability.  If you just can't take a chance of your desired product getting away, we allow the convenience during checkout of creating an eLayaway® plan  for up to 3 months to lock in the product(s) and allow for a convenient purchase arrangement.
• Blog - Lastly, an account allows you to leave comments on any of our posts: www.LAFproductions.com/blog.

How do I create an account?

• Add products to your shopping cart and check out.  You will be given the option of creating an account and choosing a password during the checkout process.

Will LAF Productions, Inc. ever share my personal information?

• Your information is stored in our secure PCI Level 1 compliant servers and never shared with any other party.

What can I do to recover my password?

• You can recover your password securely on the LAF Productions Login page by selecting Login or Wish List in the header section.  If you require additional assistance contact us at customerservice@lafproductions.com.  You can also call us M-F 9-5 Central Standard Time – 877.523.5278.

What should I do if I want to change my personal information or my password?

• You can edit your customer profile under the "Your Account" tab after you log in. Your payment information is not displayed. If you would like to change your payment information, you can do it in the shopping cart (while logged in) as you place an order.
