Dena MoscolaDena's unique background started with the first 13 years of her career in human services. She held management positions helping adults with developmental disabilities and mental health challenges recognize and utilize their strongest potentials at home and on the job. This provided her continueous coaching skills training before coaching was a structured profession plus intense training and hands-on experience in a very broad range of industries. This was essential to best serve her clients and properly consult managers and their teams as they learned how to work with a variety of personalities and work habits. She later consulted NJ non-profits on internal business start-up initiatives and staff training. Dena wanted to expand her impact, as time went on, so she transferred her skills to also help leaders improve results while managing those without special needs in the areas of communication, team building, stress management, conflict resolution, etc. 

In 1997 she founded Resolutions, a coaching/consulting firm specializing in CUSTOMIZED leadership enhancement in the areas listed above plus employee engagement; talent management; succession training; change management; influence; relationship strengthening and more. Today, Dena works with business owners, managers and teams to help strengthen professional relationships & develop personally as stronger leaders. She also works with teens and young adults as they aspire into the career world. Dena has been coaching and training individuals and groups for >25 years and is a published author of books, audio programs, products and articles on numerous subjects. A highly qualified, experienced, and powerful coach, Janine Schindler is not only a Master Certified Coach but also a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) serving on the Independent Ethical Review Board, a member of the Association of Career Professionals International, and an instructor and research and development team member of New York University’s Coaching Certificate Program, and recently created Brooklyn College’s Coaching Certificate Program. General Manager Manufacturing Company – challenged in communication, team building and delegating. Result – after coaching sessions, brainstorming and 360 feedback – client has conducted two successful off-sites, taken each of his team members on key client meetings/conferences and has jelled his team and has a new found sense of confidence in himself and his team allowing him to delegate and develop his staff.

Managing Director Global Bank – came into organization during a leadership change and re-organization, legacy systems, silo operations. Post coaching the organization is motivated, building additional business and has landed the largest piece of business in the departments history.

Executive Director Global Risk & Analysis – challenged with 360 leadership with a global team/organization. Post coaching intervention: weekly meetings occur with each team, monthly meetings with peers and manager, semi-annual visits to virtual teams, training calls scheduled to improve skill sets and empower team.

Development Director Major Non-Profit – re-energizing the board of one of the oldest NPO’s in the US in the education area and acquiring grants to fund new and existing programs. Post intervention: new committees formed, new board members were introduced, exceeded all fund raising goals for the calendar year.

Controller Global Foundation – time management, staff support and respect, new executive director. Post intervention systems were put in place to promote cost saving measures, clear expectations and results, created weekly team meetings for 3 direct reports and regular communication to 65 indirect reports.

Professional Qualifications
David Matthew Prior brings 15 years of organizational coaching experience as a Master Certified Coach (MCC) based in the New York City Metropolitan area. He has an MBA from Thunderbird in international management and coaches fluently in English, Spanish and French. David’s coaching approach is informed and influenced by the organizational theories, models and practices he teaches as a member of Columbia University’s Core Coaching Faculty in the Columbia Coaching Certification Program for Internal and External Coaches, and at the University of Texas at Dallas where he web-teaches coaching ethics and standards and supervises coaches in the Professional and Executive Coach Training Program. David previously served on the coaching faculty at New York University for 3 years in the Department of Human Capital Management.

Breadth of Experience
David’s depth as a top tier coach evolved from a diversity of experience, including previous career stints from Trust and Financial Planning Officer with Chase Bank Texas to professional Acting Instructor of Improvisation at the Michael Howard Studios in New York. As one of the early pioneers of the coaching profession in the United States (mid 1990’s), he rose to Vice President and Executive Committee Member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), serving on its Global Board of Directors from 2005-2007. He previously served as Co-Chair of the ICF Ethics and Standards Committee from 2003-2006. In 2010-2011, David was Vice President of the International Consortium of Coaching in Organizations (ICCO).

She is the 2008 Award Recipient of the Morris County Chamber of Commerce Woman-owned/Managed Organization of the year. She has been featured as a subject matter expert in the field of Executive Coaching in Garden State Women’s Magazine, Smart Enterprise Magazine, Network World, & Computerworld Magazine. She has also been a guest speaker on Magic 98.3 FM and Central Jersey 101.3. She is a sought after keynote speaker and her delivery style is very engaging, informative and interactive. Kathy has over 25 years of experience working in the educational, business and human potential fields, and is currently a senior lead trainer for a national coach training Institute. She is dedicated to helping women (and men!) maximize the power of their feminine energy. Kathy was an external Executive coach for Deloitte, a consulting trainer for Rutgers University, and has provided extensive trainings for a large non-profit in New York City. Abby is an expert in career development and has vast experience working with individuals from entry level to executive level in industries such as: pharmaceuticals, software, IT, education, healthcare,manufacturing, food service, legal, and publishing.  For over 18 years, Abby has held many senior management positions in the HR community and is well known today as a Strategic Growth Advisor. Since 1995, she has been using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) to help individuals and teams advance in their career and improve business relationships. She recently won a Pinnacle Award from the Society of Human Resources.  

Abby is on the Career Advisory Board for the Pennsylvania Business School.
