Some parts are specially ordered just for your scooter from Genuine Scooter Co. or SYM and may take approximately 2 weeks for you to receive them primarily via USPS or UPS.  If any parts are unavailable from our supplier they are considered "backordered".  Please choose whether you want to wait for any backordered parts.  If you choose to allow backorders, we will ship the parts out as they become available and you will receive an email with tracking information as they are shipped.  If you do not want to allow backorder, your credit card will be refunded for any parts that are not available.

Service and Repairs
In order to serve our customers better, we gladly service the scooters that we sell which include Vespa, Piaggio, Genuine, Royal Alloy, SYM, Lance and Scootstar. We do not service other brands of motor scooters during our busy season which is March through October unless they are running and can get to us under their own power. Please check with our staff before bringing your scooter in. Repairs are completed on a first-come, first-served basis. Scooters are accepted only during business hours so please do not leave your scooter outside our building after store hours. 
 
We want you to be thrilled with our service.  If you experience a problem regarding our repairs on your scooter, please bring it back within 30 days so we can make it right.  Vehicles that are not picked up upon completion after 3 business days will be charged storage fees of $10/day unless arrangements are made with management.  After 30 days property will be considered abandoned and sold.
